Dr Geetha graduated from James Cook University in 2008. She then worked in hospitals across QLD and Melbourne gaining experience across various fields in medicine. She was drawn to General Practice for the variety of work and the opportunity it provides to form meaningful connections with her patients. She completed her fellowship in General Practice in 2015. She then worked in several practices in Brisbane and also spent 4 years working in Ireland. More recently she has been working in an Aboriginal Medical Service.
